Legal Secretary

Energy, Trademark, Litigation, International Trade, Corporate, Patent, Real Estate, Project Finance and Legislative Secretaries needed. - must have law firm experience - with very good tenure. We represent over 300 DC law firms so we always have numerous openings. Salary doe & salary history, up to 80K.

Administrative

Administrative Assistants - many openings in DC law firms for AA's to support attorneys and department heads.  Salary 35-50K.

Receptionist

Receptionists - several openings for experienced law firm receptionists in major DC law firms.  Salary to 45K.

Paralegal

IP Docketing Specialist - needed for mid size DC law firm.  Must have CPI experience.  This will be a one person docketing department.  4 to 5 years IP experience in a law firm needed.  Good tenure a must.  Salary level mid 60's.

Case Managers - must have 5+ years experience as a senior litigation legal assistant - for prominent DC law firms. Salary to 80K.

Litigation Paralegal - many openings for experienced litigation paralegals. Salary to mid 70's.

Foreign Filing Specialist - several openings in IP law firms. Salary open.

Energy Paralegals - must have experience working in the energy area. Salary open.

Real Estate Paralegals - must have real estate experience in law firms. Salary open.

Trademark Paralegal - must have several years experience - for small DC IP firm. Salary open.

Entry-level paralegals - must be able to make a 2-year commitment. Need recent college grads with high GPA's from top tier colleges.

Docketing Positions - must have docketing experience. Several positions available in DC law firms. Salary open.

Accounting

Controller/Accounting Manager - needed for mid size DC law firm.  CMS experience strongly preferred and must have 5 years plus experience as an accountant in a law firm.  Good tenure needed.  Degree in accounting a necessity.  CPA preferred.  Salary open to low 100's.

Billing Specialist - several openings in major DC law firms.  Salary to 65K.

Accounting Manager - for small DC law firm.  Must have experience in a law firm accounting department and have a degree in accounting.  Salary to 75K.

Assistant Contoller - for large DC law firm.  Minimum 5 years management experience in a law firm.  Must have an accounting degree and be a CPA.  Reports to firm controller.  Salary open, depends upon experience and salary history.

Senior Accountant - for large DC law firm.  Bachelor's degree in accounting.  Must have a CPA or working toward it.  3-5 years of accounting and or tax experience in a law firm needed.  Salary open, depends upon experience and salary history.

Cash Receipts Supervisor - for large DC law firm.  Supervise a staff of 3.  Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3+ years of experience needed in a law firm.  Some supervisory experience needed.

Financial Analyst - for mid size DC law firm.  Salary to 115K.  Must have an MBA and have SQL experience.

Billing Manager - needed for mid size DC law firm.  Must have 3+ year experience in law firm billing.  Salary to 60K.

IT

IT Positions - many openings for trainers, help desk, and user support specialists who have prior law firm experience.  Salary range to 80K.

Other Positions

Librarians - several openings in major DC law firms for librarians with MLS.
