Employees of Palmer Legal Staffing will receive the following benefits:

Holiday Pay

Palmer Legal Staffing observes six holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Candidates are eligible for holiday pay once they have worked 1,000 hours or more within a one year period from the holiday date and work the full week before and after the holiday.

PTO

Candidates are eligible for PTO pay after they have worked 1,500 hours within a one year period. PTO pay is 35 hours per week at your average hourly rate.

Retirement Fund

Our Profit Sharing Plan is 100% company funded.

Referral Bonus Program

All Palmer Legal Staffing employees will be rewarded for referrals.

The reward system for temporary employees whom you refer is as follows:

Office Support Staff
- $50 after referred employee works 80 hours
Legal Secretary/Paralegal/Attorney - $100 after referred employee works 80 hours


The reward system for direct hire employees who you refer is as follows:

Office Support Staff - $250 after guarantee period is completed
Legal Secretary/Paralegal - $500 after guarantee period is completed
